Our fitness classes offer a variety of difficulties for all levels. Each class is intentionally designed by our instructors to increase your strength and keep your heart pumping, while offering guidance to maintain safety and form.
FITNESS CLASSES
Our personal trainers will guide you every step of the way in your fitness journey. We believe that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and our trainers take the time to understand your preferences and create customized programs specifically for you.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our space is equipped with a teaching kitchen that can accommodate group workshops. This allows our instructors to hold classes on nutrition and preparing healthy well balanced meals. This kitchen also serves as a space to hold private events or host your next cooking class.

Fitness isn’t one size fits all, and here at Rebel we offer different formats to meet you where you are.
is an energizing 45- or 60-minute workout that combines yoga-inspired shapes, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and strength-building exercises (with optional weights), all set to an upbeat playlist to promote mindful and joyful movement from start to finish. This class is designed to balance flexibility and endurance while keeping your body moving and your heart rate elevated. 60-minute Fusion includes a longer cool-down with the offering of somatic supports such as Reiki.

FUSION
is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines the best of cardio, strength training, and ballet-inspired movements. Cardio Barre is designed to challenge your endurance, flexibility, and coordination while boosting your heart rate and energy levels. This dynamic class blends traditional barre exercises with fast-paced cardio intervals.

Cardio Barre
is a 45-minute class that focuses on resistance training to build muscle with classic strength training moves and endurance. In this class you’ll learn foundational strength training techniques with proper form and to ensure safety and effectiveness. You’ll learn how to use a variety of equipment—such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises

STRENGTH 1
is a high-intensity, 45-minute powerhouse designed to push you. This class combines heavy-hitting compound movements and explosive interval training. Class isn’t complete without our signature Rebel Ladder– 2 minutes ALL AHT!
Perfect for those with a solid foundation in strength training
Strength 2
is a tailored workout for peri- and post-menopausal women targeting changes and challenges that arise during this unique life phase—using current cutting-edge training techniques. Classes will focus on cardio endurance, bone strength, and ageless mobility. Expect to break a sweat with circuits through all planes of motion

is a dynamic, high-energy workout designed to challenge both your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. This class seamlessly blends strength training, heart-pumping cardio, and targeted core work to create a comprehensive, full-body workout. You'll move through a series of exercises aimed at boosting endurance, enhancing stability, and building overall strength.

is not for the faint of heart — it’s a challenge that requires a solid foundation in strength, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning. You’ll tackle compound lifts, plyometric drills, and functional exercises that demand focus, precision, and mental toughness.
Expect to move through several rounds of work while refining your technique and pushing your endurance. It's intense, it's demanding, and it's designed for those who are ready to break through plateaus and achieve peak performance. Please wear shoes and bring a mat if you have one.

Mayhem
is a 45 or 60 minute invigorating Vinyasa flow, which focuses on connecting breath with movement to create a dynamic practice.
