Mikayla, a western PA native, discovered her passion for yoga and group fitness during her college athletic career in swimming and track and field. With a background as a strength and conditioning coach at Carnegie Mellon and a 200-hour RYT certification, she now combines her love for movement with her studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Mikayla is thrilled to join the Rebel community and hopes to inspire others to tap into their strength, balance, and potential.
